Citizens for Change is a group of people who are looking to make a positive change to everyday life in Africa.
We will contribute to the promotion of good and enlightened leadership that will work in the interest of the masses whilst creating opportunities for enhanced wealth in the continent.
We will make financial contributions and will provide other levels of support to improve the lives of those living in the African continent.
We aim to achieve our goals by investing in education, introducing campaigns to end
corruption, organising seminars and lectures on strategic leadership, negotiating and taking decisions to end conflicts, promoting business ventures and entrepreneurship competitions, implementing youth development programmes, providing strategic support for community development, setting up scholarship funds, working to enhance media and government transparency, formulating security advancement programmes, promoting law and order, initiating Citizens Advice Bureaus, strengthening the health care and social security network, creating forums for the discussion and sharing of ideas about wealth creation policies and raising awareness amongst the population, education and enlightenment of the power of the vote.
This is a change we hold dear and we the citizens of change are committed to bringing about this change.

LAGOS — THERE is seeming confusion over the current status of government’s deregulation of the downstream sub-sector of the Nigerian oil, resulting in the scarcity of petroleum products across the country. The scarcity has resulted in long queues at filling stations in Lagos metropolis and nearby Ogun State last weekend, following the stoppage of loading of products by members of the Petroleum Tanker Drivers (PTD) branch of the National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) on Friday, with indications that the situation would worsen today as protesting truck drivers refused to return to work. - Read More >>

1. Observe the highest standards of integrity; confidentiality and objectivity
2. Exercise care and diligence in the conduct of the network business
3. Contribute skills, expertise and experience to the network
4. Avoid and manage conflict of interest
5. Not use the membership of the network for personal gains in a way to the detriment of the Network.
6. Ensure in particular that in dealing with all they act with integrity and in a professional manner. |
